Spring League Fixtures Announced

The Inaugural British University Baseball Association Spring League  fixtures have been provisionally unveiled. Opening day will be on February 28  and will feature Oxford at Southampton, Nottingham at Durham and Lincoln at UEA. The league will be split into a 2 conferences and will be played over 8 weeks with the top two in each going on to play in the Final Four on the 13/14 June 2009. UEA has been confirmed as the venue to host the 2009 Final Four at its Colney Lane ground in Norwich.

Although only a provisional schedule, BUBA hopes it will run smoothly and provide a high standard of baseball for all the country's university players.
